How do I use this shop?
Shopping online with us couldn't be easier. Follow the simple steps below to locate and make your purchase, then sit back and await its arrival.

Are the prices displayed subject to any tax charges?
For customers in the European Union, Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5% is applicable on all purchases. Our VAT registration number is 765 3227 23.
However, please note that prices displayed within the shop are actually shown exclusive of the VAT charges, which are applied later (during the payment process), if appropriate.
Please also note that whilst customers resident outside of the EU will not have VATapplied to their purchases, Westminster Group PLC cannot be held accountable for any other tax which might be levied within their country of residence upon receipt of the goods. Any such taxes would be out of Westminster Group PLC's control.
Where do you deliver to?
Westminster Group PLC deliver orders of any value throughout the world (excluding the US and Canada at this time).
What payment options do you offer?
We currently offer all our European Union customers the options of paying by credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, and Switch), either on or offline. Where card payment is not possible, we also offer the opportunity of discussing alternative payment methods with one of our representatives (who would make contact after the order has been received).
For those customers outside of the EU (including delivery to non-EU countries) we regret that card payment cannot be offered at this time, but alternative methods can be discussed.
Will my credit / debit card details be secure?
All credit / debit card details submitted through our online shop are encrypted using 128 bit Actinic technologies and held securely in this format until such time as your order is downloaded to our systems. Decryption takes place only at this point and is only performed by authorised users. Credit / debit card details are not held in clear text on any website.
We know of no documented cases of credit / debit card fraud resulting from using our online shopping facilities.
What about my privacy in general?
Westminster Group PLC do not disclose any buyers information to third parties, nor do we mis-use such information in any other way.
All informaton collected from customers is voluntarily supplied (i.e. name, address, telephone number, email, payment details etc) in the course of placing an order with us, and is only used to properly fulfil orders / provide effective customer service, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.
In providing effective customer service, we may later wish to use voluntarily supplied contact data in order to inform the customer of updates to our products and services, special offers etc. However, we will not contact you in this way if you would prefer us not to, and you can choose to opt in or out of this service during the ordering process.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges are based order weight and physical size. Current rates will apply and the amount payable will be clearly displayed in the basket once a destination country has been selected.
How long will my order take to reach me?
All orders are dispatched as promptly as possible and where stock is available, goods should normally arrive within 48 hours. Customers will of course be notified where Westminster Group PLC cannot meet this timescale for any reason.
What happens if some or all of my order is out of stock?
If we are temporarily unable to fulfil your order due to stock stortages, we will automatically back order it for you. You will always be notified if this is the case and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
In addition to the standard product warrantees offered, Westminster Group PLC provide a 21 day guarantee of satisfaction.
