Westminster International, working with their strategic partner the International School for Security and Explosives Education (ISSEE), offers a world-class centre of excellence for search and security training at all levels, from foundation courses for those with no previous knowledge or experience, through to professionals.
Search is a multi-faceted discipline with the generic aim of finding concealed objects or people.
ISSEE is a leading exponent of Search training. ISSEE instructors having spent over 22 years as Search team advisors and operators in the British military, working in high-risk environments, which include Northern Ireland, the Balkans, the Falklands and the United Kingdom performing a counter-terrorist role.
Search courses available are:
- Search & Security Foundation Course
 This 5 day course is to prepare the student to operate in a competent manner during search operations, either individually or as a member of a search team.
- Search & Security Advanced Searcher Course
This 5 day course is to enhance the knowledge gained on the foundation course so that a student can function as part of a search team at a higher level of search operation.
 Search & Security Advisor Management Level Course
This 15 day course is to teach students the skills required for planning and the management of search operations.
- High Risk Search Course
This 15 day course is to teach students the skills required for planning and the management of search operations in a high risk environment.
