We are seeking to recruit an experienced, confident, enthusiastic and motivated security manager in a customer facing role to run and manage a prestigious contract for a UNESCO World Heritage site in London. You will be required to manage a team of security officers to maintain a continuous safe and secure environment for all visitors, staff and residents of the site, whilst providing excellent Customer Service. You will be part of the Security team and must have high moral and ethical standards and treat all persons with dignity and respect. You must demonstrate a high level of organisational skills and be able to motivate your team to obtain the highest standards , to provide the very best environment in which to live and work for all persons and customers – both internal and external. You will need to ensure adequate staff cover of duties as well as managing staffing for adhoc events, whilst liaising with other stakeholders and providing regular reports and updates as requested by management.
To succeed in this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate a competent background in security services, with a focus on customer service, hold a valid SIA Licence and be experienced in leading and motivating a team of security officers. Previous experience as a security manager, supervisor or team leader is essential.
