The PR 4 measures the range andspeed of approaching or departing vehicles using 200 laser pulses every second.The speed reading is updated 3 or 4 times a second in Continuous

mode, or in Single mode the speedis captured immediately.

The narrow laser beam is just 75cm wide at 750 metres and provides pinpoint accuracy for targeting a single vehicle in a group, and so provides superior defence against laser jammers.
