Westminster Group recently participated in the Football Safety Officers Association (FSOA) Autumn Conference & Exhibition 2025, held at Staverton Park, Daventry.

The event brought together safety professionals from across the football industry to discuss innovation, safety standards, and emerging technologies for major sporting venues.

During the exhibition, Westminster showcased the Xonar TruePort system — an advanced walkthrough scanner that combines AI-driven detection with seamless crowd flow, offering rapid and reliable identification of concealed threats, including pyrotechnic devices and other prohibited items.

The live demonstrations generated significant interest among attendees, highlighting the system’s potential to enhance safety and efficiency at stadiums and large public venues.

Westminster was joined by Xonar Technology Inc. founding partner Ira Rosenblum, who travelled from the USA for the event, as well as Alan Shaw from Locards, whose expertise and supply of test pyrotechnics were instrumental in demonstrating the system’s detection capabilities.
