Westminster Group has just completed two productive days at HMP Peterborough, where our team delivered technology talks and demonstrations to support the vital work of prison officers — not only in Peterborough, but across the wider UK prison service.

The sessions, hosted in partnership with Sodexo, provided a platform to highlight emerging security technologies and discuss their role in strengthening daily operations within the prison environment. A big thank you goes to Sodexo, and in particular Matthew Hartwell and Head of Security David Fleming MSyl, for their collaboration and valued input throughout the programme.

Bringing together frontline experience with industry innovation, these sessions created an important forum to listen to operational perspectives, explore challenges, and demonstrate how advances in security solutions can enhance safety, efficiency, and resilience across UK prisons.
