The device uses infrared thermal imaging technology for temperature detection. The high temperature alarm is triggered when the limit of 37.5°C, set by the

WHO, is exceeded. The thermal scanner is located inside a retractable tunnel made of aluminium and fireproof PVC, with a blackout PVC sheet to prevent sunlight from penetrating the tunnel. This allows the thermometer to detect people’s temperature quickly and accurately.

Upon request, the second PVC sheet can be customised with client’s brand designs and logos. It is also possible to add reinforced concrete ballasts to the tunnel if required.
